Job Title Senior Living Coordinator Location Little Rock, Arkansas Position Type Full Time Salary & Compensation Salary Range: $46,000-$69,000 Plus monthly sales bonuses Shift Schedule Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm Responsibilities Be an Empathetic Empathizer: responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with potential residents and families during a potentially stressful and emotional time. Be a Communicator of Knowledge: ensure information regarding leads is entered accurately and thoroughly into the database and that leads receive all necessary and helpful information on senior living and next-step options. Be a Lead Base Liaison: strategically cultivate leads through phone calls, follow‑up calls, tours, and home visits, ensuring all efforts are accurately catalogued in the lead base. Be a Hospitable Host: ensure exceptional lead experiences during tours and community events. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must read, write, and understand English at a 12th grade level. Must possess clear verbal and written communication skills. Must have a positive and energetic attitude and love our residents. Must be professional in appearance and conduct. Must be able to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem‑solving skills if needed. Must be criminally cleared. Must be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks; a health screening performed by a physician no more than 6 months before or 7 days after employment, and must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of screening.
