Location: Rosemead, CA (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract - W2

Pay rate: $40/hr. on W2

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite Monday & Tuesday, additional days as needed

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experience d Senior Procurement Advis or to support strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management activities focused on telecom, wireless, carrier, and technology services. This role will partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost savings, negotiate commercial agreements, manage supplier performance, and support procurement initiatives across the organization

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement activities for telecom, wireless, carrier, and technology service categories
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, contract terms, and service-level commitments
• Develop and execute category management and sourcing strategies
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement best practices
• Conduct supplier evaluations, risk assessments, and performance revises
• Manage supplier relationships and contract compliance
• Perform financial, commercial, market, and risk analysis to support sourcing decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define business requirements and procurement solutions
• Support supplier performance improvement initiatives and continuous process improvements
• Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or purchasing experience
• Experience negotiating contracts and commercial agreements
• Strong understanding of procurement methodologies, supplier management, and cost analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Telecom, Wireless, Carrier Services, or Networking categories
• Knowledge of telecommunications contracts and service agreements
• Experience with category management and strategic sourcing programs
• Project management experience within procurement organizations
