Job Description: BAS Programmer/Technician will work as part of a team which will be responsible for the installation, programming, start-up, troubleshooting, commissioning and servicing of DDC building automation systems. This position requires the ability to communicate clearly with customers, contractors, engineers and fellow team members. Job Duties: Manage installation subcontractor during construction phase of project to keep them on track and on schedule. Creation of software programs and animated front end graphics. Checkout, start-up and commissioning on projects. Analyze problems and resolve issues to ensure the complete system functions properly. Must be familiar with various hand and power tools. Performs service repairs, adjustments and calibration on building systems. Coordinate customer-training and complete closeout documents Provide technical support and direction to end-users and employees when applicable. Job Requirements: 3-5 years of experience with DDC Building Automation Systems, BACnet, Siemens Apogee. Some flexibility to work overtime/weekends. Proficient in reading wiring diagrams. Both written and verbal communication skills a must. Proficient with IP networks. Valid driver’s license with clean driving history. Occasional travel may be required.
