Inside Sales Representative - USFHP

Description US Family Health Plan is a Department of Defense-sponsored health plan for uniformed services members, retirees and their family members. Based in Washington State, PacMed has administered US Family Health Plan for more than 30 years. The USFHP Inside Sales Representative supports the membership goals of the strategic plan by performing direct sales functions for US Family Health Plan. Duties include but are not limited to: providing direct sales and prospective member education, answering questions and clarifying plan features to military beneficiaries via inbound telephone and email inquiries; initiating outbound calls as part of follow‑up activities; applying service recovery techniques; assisting with event planning and coordination; providing feedback on marketing initiatives; processing information packet fulfillment; and managing inventory tracking and ordering. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field. Telephone sales/marketing or high volume customer service experience. Experience with DEERS.
