We’re partnering with a well-established medical supply distributor seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support customer relationships, order management, and sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with customers, and balancing inside sales with day-to-day operational support in a fast-paced, in-office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and lead day-to-day customer service and inside sales operations

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and orders with professionalism and accuracy

• Prepare quotes, recommend products, and support conversion to company brands

• Manage and resolve order issues, errors, and customer concerns

• Communicate product updates, pricing, and company information to customers

• Support revenue growth across new and existing accounts

• Use ERP systems to manage orders, inventory, and customer data

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and follow-through

What Your Work History Should Show

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or operations (B2B preferred)

• Experience handling orders, quotes, and customer accounts

• Comfort working in ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, Sage, or similar)

• Strong organization, follow-through, and time management skills

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

• Industrial, distribution, or supply-chain background a plus

Additional Details

Location: Tukwila, WA (100% onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay Rate: $35–$40 per hour

Position Type: Direct Hire

Requirements: COVID-19 vaccination required; non-smoking campus
