Senior Recruiter

To drive the firm's growth strategy, the full-time Senior Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for 15-25 senior-level positions in the healthcare revenue cycle sector, focusing on talent acquisition, pipeline development, and hiring manager partnership in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end recruiting for clinical revenue cycle, coding, denial management, and consulting roles Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to build proactive talent pipelines Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and facilitate structured interview processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field 4-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare revenue cycle talent acquisition Ability to recruit for specialized revenue cycle roles such as coders and clinical reviewers Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one enterprise ATS platform Working knowledge of revenue cycle operations and healthcare billing processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
