About the Role
The Company is seeking a Division Chief in Maternal Fetal Medicine to lead its academic division and shape the future of high-risk obstetrical care, education, research, and program development. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic, clinical, academic, research, and administrative leadership for the Division, guiding its growth, quality, and financial performance. This role involves overseeing inpatient and outpatient maternal fetal medicine services, ensuring clinical quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Division Chief will also partner with the OBGYN residency program director and Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship Program Director to support education and training, and foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performing environment that supports faculty development, mentorship, research activity, and multidisciplinary care. The ideal candidate for this position at the company will have an MD or DO degree, be board-certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine, and have at least 10 years of experience in the practice of medicine, with a proven track record of leadership in an academic or complex healthcare environment. A strong commitment to quality, safety, high reliability, inclusion, access, and patient-centered care is essential. The role requires the ability to recruit, retain, mentor, and inspire diverse faculty, clinicians, physician-scientists, trainees, and staff. The candidate should have a record of excellence in clinical care, education, research, and/or administration, and the ability to lead in a matrixed academic medical center.
