Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance using four‑handed dentistry across multiple procedures Escort and greet patients; ensure patient comfort and confidentiality Assist with patient charting, vitals, and dental documentation in Dentrix/Allscripts Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Support scheduling, inventory, supply ordering, and quality improvement activities Train new staff and assist with competency testing and ongoing education Qualifications Completion of a formal Dental Assistant program or 1+ year experience Washington State DOH Dental Assistant Registration required BLS CPR required within 90 days of hire Strong infection control and patient communication skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage Life insurance and long‑term disability coverage EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Paid‑time‑off starting at 24 days per year + 10 paid holidays 401(k)/Retirement options Starting wage: $22.34 per hour.
