Dental Assistant
Preferred Home Health Care
Role: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) responsible for supporting dentists in providing quality patient care and treatment. Assist dentists to gain patient commitment for treatment with urgency. Participate in delivering a positive patient experience by addressing individual needs. Maintain a sterile, welcoming environment, prepare patients, and support dental procedures. Perform x-rays, intra-oral photos, and instruct patients on oral health post-treatment under dentist guidance. Sterilize equipment and ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards (OSHA, HIPAA, ADA, etc.). Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; relevant training and certifications as required by state (e.g., radiograph exposure, sealants). Preferred: associate degree or certification from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
