Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve 3 – 4 tables to include take and deliver food/beverage order Offer suggestions and recommendations on wine and food pairings Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant Clear and reset tables Treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction Strive to exceed guests’ expectations Report to work in a neat and clean uniform;
