Responsibilities Sales and Customer Experience: Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed goals. Take ownership of your results and contribute to the store's overall performance. Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a world-class experience to every customer. Connect with customers, identify needs by listening and asking open-ended questions, demonstrate product benefits, and seek opportunities to leave customers with a positive impression. Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values, including ethical sourcing and product commitments. Articulate these values in-store and through community engagement. Product Passion: Continually expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on ingredients and benefits to confidently make informed recommendations. Team Involvement Development: Use company resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, and pursue opportunities to improve skills. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB): Encourage open communication and listening to team members to promote belonging and collaboration. Operational Excellence Time and Attendance: Be punctual and reliable, participate in teamwork, and stay updated with company news. Stock and Inventory: Use merchandising guidelines to adjust product displays based on sales. Policies and Procedures: Follow opening/closing procedures, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards. Qualifications Required: Excellent customer service skills Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Note: Candidates under 18 may be employed under the Lush Youth Employment Program where applicable by local regulations Preferred: Experience with consultation-based customer service Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations Experience working in a team and in skincare or cosmetics Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages Twelve Oaks Pay: $15 USD - $15 USD Best of luck on your job search.
