Cardiac Imaging Physician

Position Overview The United Health Services Hospitals Heart and Vascular Institute is seeking an Imaging Cardiologist to join our growing Cardiology Imaging program. The program currently has one Imaging trained Cardiologist and several additional reading physicians supporting a high‑volume cardiac CT and MRI program. Responsibilities Review and interpret cardiac CT and cardiac MRI studies. Participate in a high‑volume cardiac imaging workflow alongside other specialized imaging cardiologists and reading physicians. Provide expertise in MRI interpretation for the cardiology imaging program. Engage in teaching opportunities with the Cardiology Fellowship, residents and medical students associated with Upstate Medical University. Participate in clinical research as available. Qualifications Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible in Cardiology within two (2) years of hire, following completion of an ACGME accredited fellowship program. Demonstrated expertise in cardiac MRI. Commitment to high‑quality cardiac care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Compensation Competitive starting salary (salary range: $700,000 – $800,000 annually).
