In search ofPart-time Group Exercise Instructors who can teach a variety of classes targeting adults at the Louisville Area YMCA- Various morning, afternoon, and evening classes Starting rate$11.00 - $16.00 QualificationsDynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsCPR and AED certification preferred, but will provideCertification from nationally-recognized fitness accreditation agency Able to teach multiple formats(gentle yoga, dance, etc) targeting older adults preferred Responsibilities include but not limited toMeet and greet the members with enthusiasmDesign class format appropriate for type of class and participantsServe as a good role modelCommunicate with team members Address difficult situations by using the YMCA Character Values as a guide
