In short, We Enable Possibility.Position SummaryThe Claims Division is seeking a team member to join the Claims Operations Team as a Data Quality Analyst. In this role the responsibilities include, but not limited to, examining complex data to ensure data integrity and accuracy.Responsibilities Analyze, query, and manage claims corrections according to defined business rules and proceduresResearch and determine scope and complexity of issue then identify steps to resolve all internal data exceptions within various systems in timely and accurate mannerDetermine root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutionsDetermine business impact level for data quality issuesCollaborate and maintain cross-functional working relationships with team members of multiple business units; Claims Third-party Administrators (TPA), Programmers, and approved vendors to analyze and correct data quality errorsProduce ad-hoc reporting for TPA, Business, IT teams, and external partnersExperience & Required SkillsHands-on experience and strong aptitude with SQL, with some experience in Snowflake preferredWorking knowledge of insurance industry and insurance claims operations particularly in the area of commercial property and casualty claimsAdherence to data quality standards to ensure accuracy and provide logical approach to identify, compare, resolve, and improve data qualityStrong organization and time management skillsAbility to self-start and work independentlyEducationBachelor’s degree preferred#LI-SW1#LI-HYBRIDFor individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.$75,000 - $95,000/yearTotal individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
