Must be able to work 6am-4:30pm M-Thursday with overtime on Fridays
Roles and Responsibilities:As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling components with precision and attention to detail.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure all products meet our high standards.
- Collaborating with team members to optimize assembly processes.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and resolving assembly-related issues promptly. Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 1 to 2 years in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Desired Skills:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and basic machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- A proactive approach to improving assembly processes and efficiency.
