ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in April 2016 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, service, and strong relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I participated in the Agent Aspirant program, which helped build a strong foundation for leading and developing a successful team.

I'm an LSU graduate, born and raised in Southern Louisiana, and a proud spouse and parent of three. I enjoy sports and staying connected to the local community. We stay actively involved through local schools, the Chamber of Commerce, and various community and vendor events.

For our team, we offer a group life plan, health stipend, SIMPLE retirement plan, PTO, paid major holidays, a flexible schedule, and licensing and development support through our Aspirant program and ongoing sales training. We also enjoy early Fridays, with the team wrapping up at noon.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brittany Weaver-LeGrange - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Addis.
• Our office is open 8-4:30.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2011.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a proud graduate of LSU.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
• We have 24 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
