Regional Sales Manager - Texas, Oklahoma & Louisiana Uncapped commission, a territory with real momentum, and an ambitious growth target to go after. QCP ( is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead its Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana region, based remotely in Dallas or Houston. This isn't a cold territory. QCP has existing relationships and recently completed projects across the region, and it's backed by a positive construction market. What it needs now is a hunter to significantly scale the region's revenue, and to be paid well for doing it. Family-owned since 1976 and now led by the second and third generation, QCP manufactures premium precast concrete, steel and wood site furnishings for commercial projects. They offer the widest range of colors and textures in the industry, full customization of standard products, and solutions that help projects earn LEED points. Their reputation is built on doing whatever it takes for customers. QCP is expanding beyond its California base into Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia and other US markets. This role is a big part of that story. Why this sale is different QCP sells every product twice. First you get it specified by the Landscape Architect, then you win the order from the General Contractor. That makes this a consultative, design-led sale. You'll help architects solve design challenges, and once specifying QCP becomes their habit, your territory revenue and your commission grow year after year. What you'll be doing Hunting and qualifying the right prospects for the right projects Building trusted relationships with Landscape Architects (through education and customization), General Contractors (through cost-effective solutions) and owners (through repeat business) Running a structured, high-activity week: 4-5 customer meetings a day Tuesday to Thursday, with Mondays and Friday afternoons in your home office Using Salesforce to drive forecasting and follow-up, and suggesting improvements to the QCP sales process Working with Operations and the wider sales team to keep customers well looked after What you'll bring 4-8 years in sales with a record of growing your book by 10-15% or more A hunter's drive and a love of commission-based earning Comfort on the road 2-3 weeks a month (30-40% overnight) Strong Salesforce skills and a tech-savvy mindset A relationship builder who knows the best conversations often happen outside the office Uncapped commission on a territory with a clear growth plan Competitive base salary and benefits A sales-driven, family-oriented culture where many people, especially in sales, have built long careers The chance to help shape how QCP sells as it grows nationally Reporting directly to the VP of Sales at QCP's HQ in Norco, California #J-18808-Ljbffr QCP
