The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for supporting the operational efforts of multiple buildings. Responsibilities – Regional Director of Operations Oversee the day to day operations of multiple communities (Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care) Oversee the coordination of resident care, sales, maintenance, life enrichment and dining services departments Support the Vice President of Operations and Residence Directors by providing training, education and strategic coaching for each community Ensure adherence with all state and federal guidelines to ensure the highest level of compliance Why we should be your “home away from home” Work environment: Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch. Requirements – Regional Director of Operations Required: Demonstrated success in a leadership role including exceeding financial and operational goals Prefer: A minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations role for Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and/or Skilled Nursing Facility environment Prefer: Multi-site management in similar environment Required: The ability to travel throughout the assigned region as needed, some travel to include overnight stays Required: Ability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills Required: Experience with budgeting and scheduling Required: Computer skills to include proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Legend Senior Living is a drug free workplace and drug screening will be conducted at the company’s discretion.
