Help Desk Analyst

Help Desk Analyst 4+ month contract Bloomington, MN (Onsite) Key Responsibilities: Provide frontline IT support for end-user incidents and service requests (in-person, phone, email, Teams). Perform device setup, imaging, configuration, deployment and troubleshooting for laptops and peripherals. Package, ship, receive and track IT equipment for remote and office-based employees. Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including provisioning and recovery of equipment. Assist with inventory management, asset tracking and stock replenishment. Troubleshoot common issues relating to Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, VPN, printers and mobile devices. Maintain accurate ticket documentation and ensure timely resolution or escalation of issues. Provide hands‑on support for the Mall of America office, including conference room and workplace technology assistance. Required Skills & Experience: Previous Help Desk, IT Support or Desktop Support experience. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience supporting Windows devices and Microsoft 365. Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT asset management processes. Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requests simultaneously. Comfortable performing physical tasks such as equipment setup, packaging and shipping. Self‑starter who can work independently with limited supervision. Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD) and device provisioning. Experience supporting hybrid work environments. Basic knowledge of networking and endpoint security tools.
