The Commercial Escrow Assistant is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

• Provide escrow services for commercial real estate transactions.
• Assist in facilitating real estate transactions from opening through closing.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal and external customers throughout the closing process.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while supporting commercial escrow operations.
  

Required qualifications for the position include :

• Several years of experience working on commercial escrow transactions.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate closing processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
  

Pay Rate Range: $28.67 – $30.76 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
