As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Garrett Good - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. As a third-generation insurance professional with a BS in Insurance and Risk Management from Missouri State, I bring a strong foundation and deep understanding to help guide customers through their insurance needs. Family and community are at the heart of everything we do. I'm a proud husband and father to twin girls, and we stay actively involved in local events and organizations that support the communities we serve. Responsibilities include:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications include:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
