Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file legal documents in state and federal courts , including e-filing
  
  
• Manage court calendaring , ensuring all deadlines, hearings, and depositions are tracked and updated
  
  
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation , including compiling exhibits, drafting trial binders, and coordinating logistics
  
  
• Maintain case files, organize discovery, and manage document production
  
  
• Support attorneys with legal research, drafting correspondence, and reviewing legal documents
  
  
• Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a litigation paralegal
  
  
• Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
  
  
• Experience with e-filing systems and calendaring
  
  
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a busy caseload
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
