Job Description We’re in search of a talented Graphic Designer to join our client’s marketing team, someone who wants to play a key role in company growth and help take our brand to the next level. As our Graphic Designer, you will completely own our graphic design efforts, work alongside the Marketing Manager to make our brand memorable at every level, create processes as we scale, and drive business through strategic content design. The client designs and manufactures industrial‑grade, custom anti‑fatigue mats for standing workers inside the world’s foremost brands. Because we make a product unlike anyone else in our industry, we’re growing at an exciting rate. To make sure we grow the right way, we’re looking for a high‑character, skilled individual to join the team. We’re not looking for an order‑taker. We’re hoping to find a key player with big ideas, initiative, and someone who helps us see what we’re missing and what’s possible with graphic design. If your skillset includes multimedia design as well as graphic design, we’d love to hear about this, too! Essential Job Functions Strategically shape, create, and organize a graphic design approach Own website graphics (eBooks, infographics, photo editing) Own social media graphics and create repeatable templates Own internal collateral design and ordering (e.g., catalogs) Own bi‑monthly email design Own sales support graphic design (presentations, SDS sheets) Proactive website design support Video design and editing support Weekly ideation with marketing team (campaigns, content) Proactively bring ideas and improvement opportunities to the table Other tasks based on your skillset and interests Requirements Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, other Adobe tools as needed) Shopify HubSpot Canva Microsoft Outlook and Teams Monday Project Management PowerPoint Social Media formats Multimedia design experience or interest in exploring Why join optiBPO? optiBPO is an exciting workplace where smart, talented professionals will surround you.
