As a key member of the design department, you will work on exciting, character‑driven designs that will be seen on clothing worldwide! Responsibilities Develop creative graphics and designs for apparel, including T-shirts, outerwear, and accessories. Work with licensing partners. Collaborate with the design and product development teams to bring designs to life. Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative design ideas that appeal to both kids and parents. Maintain the design process from concept to finished product, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met. Requirements Experience in apparel graphic design, ideally with a focus on streetwear or licensed products. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong understanding of character design and branding, with experience working with licensed properties. A creative and dynamic portfolio that demonstrates your design abilities, especially in the children's fashion space. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with a cross‑functional team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
