Schedule Monday: 7:45am – 5:00pm Tuesday: 7:45am – 5:00pm Wednesday: 7:45am – 5:00pm Thursday: 6:45am – 3:00pm Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm Saturday: OFF Sunday: OFF Responsibilities The Dental Front Office Coordinator should (but not limited to) : Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority. Accurate data entry skills Develop productive schedules. Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits. Manage patient documents and records. Process and complete claim forms. Engage and foster patients through a positive experience. Required Qualifications At least 1 year of Dental Front Office experience working in dentistry or related field is preferred Knowledge of insurance verification Strong customer service experience Preferred Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Denticon is a plus!
