Job Description Location: Los Angeles, CA Coordinating Producer, Vanity Fair Video, Los Angeles Office or New York Office Overview Vanity Fair is seeking a Coordinating Producer to join its fast-paced video team. This role partners closely with the Senior Producer, Creative Producer, and Directors of Content & Development to produce, edit, and occasionally direct high-impact digital video. This role will support the production and post-production of editorial video across YouTube and social with a particular focus on editing social first content. This role reports to Vanity Fair’s Director of Video Content Production. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate and support Vanity Fair’s YouTube and social video productions from pre-production through final delivery. Edit short-form videos for Vanity Fair’s Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts channels. Support production logistics, including call sheets, equipment, locations, and additional on-set needs. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, external production companies, crews, talent, and talent representatives. Conduct research as needed for talent, projects, locations, interview subjects, and other editorial or production needs. Requirements A minimum of 3 years experience in editing and/or production Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Desired Skills & Qualifications Experience editing for social platforms A strong editorial sensibility and understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Passion for news, entertainment, culture, and Vanity Fair’s coverage areas Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed Condé Nast is an equal opportunity employer.
