Customer Service/ Inbound Sales Representative (On - site)

The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a/an Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Provide inbound customer support.
• Help customers process sales.
• Assist in correcting billing concerns.
• Upsell products to eligible accounts.
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

• High school diploma with six months of sales experience preferred
• Demonstrated sales technique and product knowledge preferred
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations, including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

• The base salary range for this position is $16-$17/hr. (pay rate will not be below the applicable minimum wage), plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
