Program Services Developer

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
• We look for five years of experience in human services delivery, including two years in job development.
• We may accept a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent proficiency in the roles core areas.
• We need someone who is self-driven, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• We value strong communication skills and the ability to build effective rapport with others.
• We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and caring professional.

• We contact community employers to secure paid jobs and volunteer or educational opportunities for referred individuals.
• We research suitable community employment sites and activities, complete vocational assessments, conduct site visits, and follow up as needed.
• We identify career opportunities by reaching out to employers and aligning employer needs with individuals goals.
• We support individuals with job searching, interviewing, and follow-up once they are placed.
• We provide work adjustment training to help individuals strengthen work skills, workplace behavior, interpersonal effectiveness, and job retention.
• We contribute to Individual Service Plans for individuals with paid or volunteer roles, as well as those with job development goals.
• We complete required service documentation, meet regularly with individuals and others to coordinate support, and maintain communication with the planning team.
• We attend community meetings related to program participants, represent the program professionally, and protect individual rights.
• We help ensure individuals safety by providing appropriate supervision at job sites.
