Openings as of 6/24/2026 | Instructional Assistant JobID: 17878 Position Summary Support Staff (Classroom)/ Instructional Assistant, 9‑month positions. Salary ranges from $15.15 to $15.61 per hour, depending on grade. Full day: 5 hours (10:15 AM‑3:15 PM). Position located at Augusta Ranch Elementary. Fingerprint clearance required. Essential Functions Assists students individually or in small groups with lesson assignments and activities to reinforce learning. Implements instructional programs and lesson plans under the supervision of a certificated teacher. Maintains classroom equipment, work area, and student files/records to ensure availability and accuracy. Monitors students in various settings to provide a safe, positive learning environment. Performs general record‑keeping and clerical functions supporting teacher and staff. Encourages good habits to enhance student outcomes and development. Other Functions Supports other personnel in completing work activities as needed. Attends meetings and in‑service presentations to acquire or convey job‑related information. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required. Experience: Job‑related experience desirable.
