Marketing is a key driver of that transformation, and we’re looking for a strategic leader to help accelerate performance across our retail network. We’re hiring a Manager, Retail Marketing Operations (RMO) to serve as a trusted business partner to dealership leaders across South Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia. This is a highly visible role where you’ll influence strategy, drive measurable results, and support up to 25 stores through data-driven marketing initiatives. Location: South Florida, Tennessee & Georgia (must reside within region) What You’ll Do Drive marketing strategies that improve sales, aftersales, profitability, and customer loyalty across multiple stores Build retention-focused programs and campaigns that enhance the customer experience Analyze scorecards, trends, and performance metrics to develop actionable business insights Partner directly with Store Leaders, OEMs, vendors, and internal teams to influence marketing strategy Oversee campaign execution and content initiatives that drive engagement and results Continuously optimize performance using analytics, testing, and market insights Champion alignment with company initiatives while serving as a key marketing resource for stakeholders What You’ll Bring Experience in automotive marketing, dealership operations, or multi-location retail marketing Strong understanding of performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, and retention strategies Ability to leverage data and reporting tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, dashboards, etc.) to influence outcomesConfidence partnering with leadership and presenting strategic recommendations Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Ability to travel throughout the region up to 45% Compensation The full salary range for this position is $80,000–$125,000 annually plus bonus potential. Anticipated starting pay is $80,000–$110,000, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
