Market Development Representative — Supply About EZSpot EZSpot is a peer-to-peer parking marketplace connecting drivers with real people who have real spaces — surfacing a previously untapped source of supply for urban parking. We're well-funded, growing fast, and looking to expand our team. We need the right people to continue to help us grow in San Francisco then scale to new cities. The Role This is a field-first, relationship-driven sales role. As a Market Development Representative, you'll spend the majority of your time out in San Francisco neighborhoods — potentially meeting property owners, building trust, and growing EZSpot's supply of parking spots on the ground. The rest of your time pulls you into business development and whatever else is moving the needle that week. You’ll be one of the early hires on a small, tight-knit team You will have real ownership, visibility, and a direct line to how the company grows. What You’ll Do Own San Francisco: spend most of your working week out in SF neighborhoods identifying and onboarding new parking hosts Service the entire lifecycle of a potential host, proactively actioning leads to drive supply; converting them from potential to listed, active parking spots Identify workflow hurdles creating friction for users during onboarding and report findings back to the broader team to help continuously improve the experience Hit both quantitative targets and qualitative goals (hosts & drivers onboarded, partnerships sourced, etc.) Bring ground-level insights back to the team to shape growth strategy Adapt quickly. When priorities shift, you’ll shift with them Who You Are 1–2+ years in a sales, business development, market expansion, or outreach role — but if you do have less experience but serious drive, we want to hear from you Comfortable being out and moving through neighborhoods most of the day — this is genuinely a field role.
