Yard Coordinator

The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation. These functions may include:Occasional lifting of heavier items up to 75 poundsRegular lifting and carrying of materials up to 50 poundsStanding and walking continuously throughout the workday, with occasional sittingFrequent bending, crouching, kneeling, and reaching at various heightsPushing and pulling equipment or materials with varying levels of forceClimbing on and off equipment or raised surfaces and maintaining balance while doing soFrequent use of hands for gripping, handling, and fine motor coordinationMaintaining full range of motion, including neck and trunk movement and rotationPerforming tasks requiring coordination of hands and feetWorking with and around heavy equipment in an outdoor yard environmentOperating tools and equipment safely and effectivelyVisual abilities including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustmentOccasional travel for business purposes, as neededWork Environment:Work is performed both outdoors and indoors, with the majority of time spent in an outdoor yard environmentIndoor work may occur in warehouse areas that are not climate-controlledRegular exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and precipitationPotential exposure to fuels and chemicals such as gasoline, diesel, propane, kerosene, and cleaning solventsNoise levels are typically moderateTravel may involve working in different climates and environmental conditionsPost-Offer, Pre-Employment Requirements:Final candidates will receive a conditional offer of employment contingent upon successfully completing a post-offer, pre-employment process.
