Associated Healthcare Credit Union is looking to hire a dynamic full-time Financial Services Officer for their Woodbury office location. The credit union works with people in the healthcare community to bring them financial security and education.

The position is responsible for opening new accounts, processing member transactions, and cross selling additional products and services. FSO’s will build relationships with members through daily communication in person, on the phone, and through email or chat. They will help members through building long lasting relationships and uncovering financial needs. The Financial Services Officer will help members with everything from new accounts to taking loan applications and answering general questions from members. We are looking for someone who enjoys providing a high level of customer service, has strong cross selling skills, and enjoys working with those in the healthcare community.

Some of the responsibilities of the Financial Services Officer are:

1. Take loan applications and close loans as needed.

2. Act as a Financial Services Officer for new accounts, additional products or services the member may need.

3. Be responsible for the teller transactions, answering phones, solving problems, helping with complex transactions and sensitive member relations problems, and explaining policies and procedures to members.

4. Responsible for sales production for the office including outbound sales calls.

Experience:

1. High School Diploma, and any business or college classes a plus.

2. Excellent communication and project management skills

3. Maintain a high standard of accuracy.

4. Experience in financial product sales and lending.
