Their work drives engagement, understanding, and meaningful action across channels.Job DescriptionAs a Group Copy Supervisor, you’ll lead the copy function across key client accounts, shaping brand voice, creative direction, and the quality of work from concept through execution. Working in close partnership with your art counterpart, you’ll help solve strategic and creative challenges, strengthen client confidence, and ensure teams are delivering work that is original, relevant, and grounded in a deep understanding of the brand, category, and market.You’ll also play a significant people-leadership role. You’ll manage, mentor, and develop a team of creatives while balancing a fast-moving workload across multiple assignments. Success in this role means bringing together strong creative judgment, healthcare knowledge, operational discipline, and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and cross-functional partners.What You’ll DoLead copy and creative direction across assigned accounts, bringing together client objectives, audience needs, market dynamics, competitive activity, and clinical developments to shape strategically grounded work.Partner with art leadership and cross-functional teams to develop original, integrated creative ideas and solve strategic or executional challenges from concept through delivery.Review and guide creative output to ensure work meets high standards for writing, brand consistency, strategic alignment, scientific accuracy, and regulatory requirements.Build trusted client relationships through regular collaboration, creative presentations, market research, and strategic discussions, clearly articulating the thinking behind the work.Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports through clear expectations, ongoing feedback, coaching, performance management, and career development.Set priorities and manage team workloads, project schedules, budgets, and resources to keep multiple assignments moving efficiently and effectively.Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and build strong relationships across Creative, Client Services, Strategy, Medical, Science & Regulatory, Production, and other disciplines.Stay current on healthcare, creative, cultural, and technology trends, including responsible applications of AI, and share relevant learning that strengthens the work and the team.QualificationsRequired7+ years of professional experience in copywriting, advertising, marketing communications, or a related creative discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and integrated campaign work.Demonstrated experience leading copy and creative direction across complex brands or client accounts, from strategic concept through final execution.Strong understanding of healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing, including product and treatment-category dynamics, clinical developments, healthcare audiences, and regulated review environments.Ability to translate complex strategic, scientific, and clinical information into clear, compelling creative communications.Strong written, verbal, presentation, and client relationship skills, with experience confidently presenting and defending creative and strategic recommendations.People-management experience, including mentoring, coaching, performance management, and developing creative talent.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across Creative, Client Services, Strategy, Medical, Science & Regulatory, and production teams.DesiredExperience leading and developing copy teams and contributing to the hiring and retention of strong creative talent.Experience presenting campaign concepts, brand platforms, and strategic creative direction to senior client stakeholders.Familiarity with healthcare creative production and review workflows, including annotation tools, reference management systems, routing, and regulatory review platforms.Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Writing, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.Comfort and enthusiasm for using AI as a regular part of how work gets done.Additional InformationPlease include a portfolio, website, or samples of your work and any passwords that are required#LI-Hybrid #LI-HT1Our Commitment to Inclusion Klick is consciously creating a culture where everyone can thrive and grow in their careers.
