$18–$25/Hour Base Pay + Uncapped Bonuses | Paid Training | No Experience Required

Are you outgoing, competitive, and motivated to earn more? EverDry Waterproofing is hiring Door-To-Door Canvassers to join our growing team.

This is an entry-level position with paid training, performance bonuses, and a clear path to advancement. No sales or marketing experience is required—we'll train you.

What You'll Do

• Meet and speak with homeowners in local communities
• Create awareness of EverDry's waterproofing and foundation solutions
• Identify homeowners who may need our services
• Schedule FREE, no-obligation inspections
• Generate qualified leads for our inspection team
• Work toward individual and team goals

What We Offer

• $18–$25/hour base pay
• Uncapped commission opportunities
• Daily, weekly, and monthly performance bonuses
• Paid training and ongoing coaching
• Performance-based raises and promotions
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Full benefits after 90 days
• Company transportation during the workday
• Stable, year-round employment
• Opportunity to advance into a full-time sales position within 30–60 days
