Location: Newark, DE (Onsite)

Role Overview

This position requires an organized and detailed individual with strong follow-up skills to provide desktop support in a client-interfacing role. The role involves managing risk during all job activities, consulting on complex fulfillment requests, engaging with vendors, and submitting change management requests. The environment is fast-paced, demanding adaptability and a focus on detail. In-house training will be provided as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to email and telephone inquiries in a customer-service-oriented manner.
• Utilize request management tools like Remedy to engage support teams and vendors for corrective actions.
• Perform break-fix troubleshooting for Windows Operating Systems (10/11), Microsoft Office Suite, internet connectivity, GPO, and printers.
• Conduct physical activities, including installing/de-installing large monitors and lifting desktops while managing cables.
• Manage multiple issues simultaneously and meet performance targets for Move/Add/Change (MAC) requests.
• Communicate technical issues effectively to non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• Experience in a large-scale enterprise support environment (500+ users).
• Experience in a high-volume request environment.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with command line and/or PowerShell.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Remedy or other ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of mobility products (iPhone/Android).
• Prior experience with change management processes.
• Knowledge or exposure to the telecommunications environment.
