Regional HR Leader — Payroll, LMS & HRIS Champion

Pave Talent is assisting a Texas-based commercial landscaping company near Alvarado, south of Fort Worth, to hire a capable HR leader. This onsite role emphasizes hands-on payroll, HR operations, and scalable process building as acquisitions expand the footprint. You will implement an LMS from scratch, complete HRIS integration, and oversee employee relations for four sites with occasional travel to Houston.
