Housing Case Manager
The Good Seed
A nonprofit housing organization is seeking a Supportive Housing Case Manager to assist young adults (ages 18–25) in securing stable housing and building independent life skills. This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of case management experience. The position will involve creating individualized service plans, helping clients access various supportive services, and advocating for them in the community.
