Through innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence, we support unforgettable experiences for clients around the world while empowering teams to grow and succeed.What You'll Be DoingFacility Operations & Maintenance Coordination – Coordinate maintenance and service activities for building systems and equipment including generators, refrigeration equipment, copiers, security systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and other facility infrastructure while partnering with building ownership and maintenance teams to resolve issues efficientlyGeneral Facility Repairs & Upkeep – Perform minor repairs and facility improvements including painting, wall patching, basic plumbing, furniture touch-ups, stain removal, and general workspace maintenance to maintain a professional environmentCustodial & Workplace Readiness – Support facility appearance and functionality through custodial activities including floor care, window cleaning, waste removal, kitchen upkeep, restroom stocking, and maintaining shared spacesEvent & Workspace Support – Assist with room setups and tear-downs including moving and arranging tables, chairs, and equipment to prepare spaces for meetings, trainings, and operational activitiesVendor & Contractor Coordination – Obtain approvals, dispatch outside vendors, monitor project completion, and ensure external work is completed safely, effectively, and according to established proceduresAdministrative & Logistics Support – Provide administrative support for facilities operations, maintenance planning, purchasing activities, and general logistics coordination as business needs requireMaintenance Documentation & Work Order Management – Ensure maintenance requests are documented, work orders are completed, and accurate records are maintained including scope of work, materials used, service providers, completion dates, and associated costsSafety & Equipment Oversight – Maintain tools, equipment, fire extinguishers, and safety resources in safe working condition while promoting a secure and organized workplaceOn-Call Support & Operational Flexibility – Participate in on-call support and assist with additional operational priorities as needed to support business continuityWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in facilities, maintenance, building operations, workplace services, or related fields preferredWorking knowledge of general building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and facility maintenance practicesAbility to safely perform light maintenance and physical facility support activitiesStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projectsExperience coordinating vendors, contractors, or service providers preferredStrong communication and customer service skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindsetComfortable using work order systems, documentation tools, and standard office softwareAbility to work independently while supporting broader operational goalsWhy Join LMGVisible Impact – Help create safe, organized, and functional environments that support employees and operations every dayVariety in Your Work – No two days are exactly alike with opportunities to solve problems and support diverse facility needsCareer Growth – Build experience across facilities operations, vendor management, and workplace services within a growing global organizationCollaborative Culture – Work closely with teams across the business in a supportive and hands-on environmentComprehensive Benefits – Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, flexible spending account, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and company holidaysLMG is a Tobacco-Free and Drug-Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
