Company Description Speakeasy Therapy Services LLC provides comprehensive speech and feeding, language, occupational, and physical therapy services for individuals from infancy through adulthood. The practice serves the greater Las Vegas area with 2 locations, including Henderson, Northwest, both offering Spanish‑speaking (“Habla Español”) therapists and staff. The team focuses on personalized, evidence‑based interventions that support functional communication and independence. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Speech Language Pathologist role based in Henderson or Northwest, NV. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate and treat clients with a variety of speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing needs across the lifespan. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, delivering direct therapy sessions, and documenting progress in a timely, compliant manner. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support carryover of skills at home and in the community. The clinician will participate in team meetings as needed, maintain professional licensure and certifications, and contribute to a positive, client‑centered clinic environment. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in Speech Therapy and practical application of Speech interventions across age groups. Knowledge and experience in assessing and treating Dysphagia, including feeding and swallowing disorders. Expertise in Communication Disorders, including evaluation, differential diagnosis, and treatment planning. Proficiency in identifying and treating Language Disorders, including expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language needs. Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist in Nevada; CCC‑SLP preferred. Strong documentation, time management, and organizational skills in a clinical setting. Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with clients and families. Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations in outpatient or similar settings preferred. Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
