Responsibilities Residential and move-out cleaning Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailed tasks Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists Working independently or as part of a small team Delivering consistent, high-quality service to our clients Qualifications Reliable and punctual (dependability is extremely important to us) Strong attention to detail Physically able to perform cleaning tasks for several hours Comfortable working in occupied and vacant homes Able to follow instructions and checklists Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we are happy to train the right person Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Smartphone for scheduling and communication Authorized to work in the U.S. Why Work With SD Sparkle?
