Shipping Coordinator - Onsite

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Shipping Coordinator for a contract-to-hire position with a Leading Technology Firm located in Columbus, OH. This position is fully onsite.

Compensation: $20.00 per hour, W2

Position Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Shipping Coordinator is to process incoming packages, match them to the correct order number, add any requested accessories, and ship them to the end-user. The coordinator will ensure accuracy by double-checking orders against devices received and will also manage inventory, process returns, and assist with various logistics tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and track incoming shipments
• Manage inventory of devices and accessories
• Match incoming devices to open orders
• Process shipments quickly to achieve shipping-related service level agreements (SLA)
• Record all data for outbound shipments
• Process return orders from clients
• Equip and provision devices as required
• Assist with the final order review
• Assist with tasks to ensure Logistics and client run smoothly
• Provide support to Helpdesk, Logistics, and Project Management teams
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Primary Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
