IT Support Technician
We are currently hiring an IT Support Technician for a growing team seeking a dependable and motivated individual with experience in desktop support, networking, and general computer troubleshooting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical issues, supporting end users, and working in a hands-on IT environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and technical support to employees and users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues
- Install and configure computers, peripherals, and basic network equipment
- Assist with user account setup and system access
- Maintain and support LAN/WAN connectivity
- Respond to IT service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Perform basic repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance on computer systems
- Document completed work and technical issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Basic computer and networking knowledge required
- Experience with desktop support and troubleshooting required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Previous IT support, help desk, or technical experience is a plus
