Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Gene's Chrysler Center AK, you will be responsible for managing existing client accounts from previous vehicle purchases. This role involves maintaining strong customer relationships through consistent and proactive communication using phone calls, emails, and CRM systems to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture existing client accounts to foster long-term relationships.
• Utilize phone and CRM systems effectively for calling, emailing, and following up with clients.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
• Coordinate with sales and service departments to support client needs and enhance their experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

• Prior experience in a BDC (Business Development Center) or customer-facing account management role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone etiquette.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Compensation of $22.00 per hour, paid semi-monthly.
