In this role, you will support all facets of revenue for Player 15 Group with a primary focus on the Phoenix Mercury and Valley Suns, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.Your Role on the TeamProactively generate group ticket revenue across all Player 15 Group properties through outbound sales efforts including phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person presentationsConsistently exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and sales activity minimum standardsCreate tailored experiences and packages for group leaders to drive attendance and engagementIdentify and prospect new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, networking events, and market researchBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects while tracking all activity using internal system (e.g., CRM, etc.)Provide best-in-class service by managing the planning, communication, and execution of group outingsPartner cross-functionally with marketing, game presentation, and event operations to ensure outstanding group experiencesAttend games and events to host clients, execute group programs, and drive upsell opportunitiesSupport department-wide initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in group ticketing strategyPerform other duties as assigned by leadershipThe Team & ExperienceWe believe great organizations are built by great people.
