Contract Administrator1 - Promotion & Contracts Our client is a well-established, family-owned company in the food and grocery industry. Their friendly, mission-focused team is growing, and they’re adding a dedicated contract and data entry specialist so their sales staff can spend more time selling. What you’ll do This is a detail-driven role centered on contract administration and high-accuracy data entry. You’ll own the contract and promotion workflow for a key customer account, taking this work over from the sales team. Manage promotional contracts across 3–4 customer contract systems, from entry through approval Enter approved deals and contract terms into customer portals quickly and accurately Audit contracts and submissions against deadlines, track approvals, and file final documents Review data for errors and inconsistencies, and follow up with customers to resolve them Build and maintain promotional planners in partnership with the sales team Process new item setups, cost changes, deduction resolution, and PO changes for vendor accounts Create and publish promotional bulletins for the internal team Cover for other administrators during busy periods or time off Help set up and run a local industry trade show a few times a year What you bring 3 Years of administrative experience Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy, even on repetitive, high-volume work Experience with contract administration, deal entry, order processing, or similar detail-heavy work The judgment to spot when a number or term looks off and follow up on it Intermediate or better Excel skills, plus PowerPoint A reliable, punctual, positive approach to the work Professional email communication and the ability to talk with customers when needed An organized system for tracking deadlines across multiple systems An associate degree or higher in business or a related field (preferred) Experience with trade promotion portals or a background in CPG, grocery, or food brokerage Why this role Supportive, well-regarded leadership Real room to advance within a larger organization A newly created position you’ll help shape #J-18808-Ljbffr Chief of Staff Kc
