Job Summary:

As the Pharmacy Technician you assist pharmacists in completing applications gathering patient information and maintaining patient records.

In this role you will work under the supervision of a registered pharmacist and complete work for any ProMedica Pharmacy Medication Management site.

REQUIREMENTS

• High s chool d iploma or equivalent

• Certified Pharmacy Technician with Ohio Board of Pharmacy if working in Ohio.

• Licensed Pharmacy Technician with Michigan Board of Pharmacy if working in Michigan.

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (either PTCB or ExCPT (NHA) exam permitted )

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Pharmacy Technician Training Program

• Experience as a pharmacy technician in an acute care hospital/ambulatory care
