Director, Sports Marketing

The Sports Marketing Director leads sports marketing strategy and execution across the region, creating opportunities for consumers to connect with the RedBull brand through athletes, events, gaming, and other passion points. This role is responsible for bringing national and global marketing priorities to life at the regional and local levels, ensuring initiatives resonate with communities while strengthening brand relevance and engagement. The Director oversees a team of Senior Sports Marketing Managers who lead Athlete Marketing, Event Marketing, Gaming, and related programs across the region. By providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and supporting team development, they enable their teams to deliver impactful experiences and partnerships that reflect the spirit of RedBull. Working closely with regional teams and partners in Santa Monica, the Director ensures alignment across strategies, programs, and key initiatives. This leader is focused on developing innovative ideas, elevating execution, and creating memorable experiences that help RedBull remain a leader in sports and culture. #J-18808-Ljbffr
