POSITION OVERVIEW

In this role, you will meet with future residents, present the vision for the new community, reserve apartment homes, and help individuals make one of the most important decisions of their lives. Successful candidates are relationship-driven, organized, financially savvy, and skilled at communicating benefits, not just features. You’ll lead presentations, host events, guide apartment selections, and help bring a vibrant new neighborhood to life after the first resident moves in.
