Buyer's Agent (Consultative) - Zillow Leads

You've built a solid track record. Now imagine what you could close with a steady stream of Zillow Preferred Agent leads, a dedicated transaction coordination team handling both sides of every deal, and in-house marketing that amplifies your brand — all without franchise royalties or corporate bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

  1. Guide clients through the home buying process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
  2. Leverage Zillow leads to connect with potential buyers, building relationships that foster trust and loyalty.
  3. Collaborate with our transaction coordination team to streamline the closing process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  4. Utilize in-house marketing resources to enhance your personal brand and attract more clients.
  5. Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice.
  6. Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing homes in a way that highlights their unique features and benefits.
  7. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, advocating for their best interests with professionalism and integrity.

Compensation

$75,000 - $200,000+ Commission-Based
